Refund policy

Chasing Freedom does not refund, exchange, or credit towards orders for buyer’s remorse.

Chasing Freedom does not offer returns or refunds on any Vintage Wears, Vintage Wares, or Resale Clothing items.

Size exchanges are offered as a courtesy to customers. (When available) We do not accept exchanges for alternate designs, design placement, colors, garments, or products.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on the part of Chasing Freedom will be covered at our expense.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
